Our Pastors & Staff
Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Jack & Maria DaGraca, Senior Pastors

Through the years they have been instrumental in assisting numerous pastors establish churches; serving as associate pastor, praise & worship leader, women’s ministry coordinator, and in other areas of helps ministry.
Their heart’s desire is to see people walk in, and completely fulfill, the plan that God has for them. It was this desire and mandate from God that caused them to step out and start Father’s House Family Church in 1999.
Pastors Jack & Maria both graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center and Domata School of Missions located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Pastor Jack is ordained through the Rhema Ministerial Association and Pastor Maria is ordained through FHFC, Inc.
Henri Talbot, Associate Pastor

Pastor Henri’s area of grace is to help support another man’s ministry and help to bring forth the plan and vision God has placed in them. It will suffice to say he wears many different hats. He understands that one way to love God is by serving His people.
He is an automobile technician by trade, “a nuts and bolts” kind of guy, which translates into his style of teaching the Word of God. He ministers in a very practical and sometimes humorous way as to equip the hearers with the right tools to fix what is broken in their lives. “YOU CAN FIX ANYTHING WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS.”
Pastor Henri has been married to his wife Nancy since 1978, has one daughter, Christina, a son-in law, Mike, a granddaughter, Sarah, and two grandsons: Ryan & Nathan.
Maria Murphy, Administrative Pastor

Maria Murphy is the Administrative Pastor of Father’s House Family Church. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the church, develops and recommends strategies for growth, leadership, and program improvement. In addition, Maria currently serves as Praise and worship leader and Church at the Park Event Coordinator.
Maria firmly believes that EVERYONE was designed by God for a purpose and that our past does not define who we are nor does it determine our future. She seeks to inspire others to live intentionally to achieve maximum success. She is passionate about helping people discover their purpose and empowering them to take steps to see their dreams and goals fulfilled.
Maria has worked in healthcare for 19 years in an executive administrative support role. She attended Rhema Bible College in Oklahoma and she is a Certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team.
